You have complete control over the flow of an interview. The only required item for all candidates is the audio. If you choose to send e-mail invites, there are a few more required steps: the invite subject, body and signature, and the reply-to address.
Candidates start at the top. They are either invited via e-mail invitations or click on an “Interview Now” link somewhere out on the Web.
For e-mail based candidates, the next step from the e-mail is the general greeting, named the “Landing Page”. For “Interview Now” candidates, they see a sign-up page which can include a separate note. “Interview Now” candidates are bumped to the Landing Page as well after initially registering.
From the landing page, candidates are sent to your pre-qualifying questions form, dependent upon whether any pre-qualifying questions are set up.
If a candidate answers any required questions incorrectly, he or she is shown, which you can customize.
Lastly, if there are no pre-qualifying questions or if the candidates passes that test, he or she conducts the audio interview.
